1. Who the programme is for
This programme is for businesses purchasing for resale or commercial printing. You must be at least 18, authorised to act for your business and provide accurate contact, business, GST and delivery details. Your account is personal to the registered business; keep its credentials secure and promptly report unauthorised access.
2. Plans and activation
Gold has a base price of ₹20,000 and covers DTF transfer sheets only. Diamond has a base price of ₹50,000 and covers all products listed in the FabDTF catalogue. Plan GST is 18%: Gold ₹20,000 + ₹3,600 GST = ₹23,600 total; Diamond ₹50,000 + ₹9,000 GST = ₹59,000 total. Your full payment including GST becomes prepaid wallet credit: ₹23,600 for Gold and ₹59,000 for Diamond. Each activation provides 365 days of reseller rates. Registration alone does not grant reseller prices, activate a plan or create wallet credit. Activation requires verified online payment or a full cash receipt recorded by an authorised FabDTF payment administrator. Payment screenshots and browser success messages are not confirmation.
3. Prepaid credit
Following confirmed payment, ₹23,600 for Gold or ₹59,000 for Diamond is credited for eligible FabDTF purchases, including the GST portion paid on the plan. The full GST-inclusive credit is also applied to verified earlier plan payments without duplicating the original credit. This is prepaid store credit, not a loan, bank deposit, interest-bearing balance or permission to buy on unpaid credit. It cannot be transferred to another account, sold, withdrawn as cash or used to buy another membership.
Only the available, cleared balance can be used. Pending orders may reserve credit. If an order exceeds the available balance, the difference must be paid using an available checkout method before the order is accepted. Reseller pricing lasts exactly 365 days from account activation. At expiry, new quotes and checkouts automatically use the store’s standard retail prices and normal retail quantity slabs. Unused wallet credit does not expire with the membership and remains available for eligible purchases at those prices. Confirmed orders keep their agreed prices. Renew the same plan for Gold ₹23,600 or Diamond ₹59,000, including 18% GST; the full payment is added to the remaining wallet balance, never replacing it. A confirmed early renewal adds 365 days to the current expiry. A confirmed renewal after expiry starts 365 days from renewal activation. Each renewal is paid separately online or through an authorised cash-payment administrator; there is no automatic recurring debit. Wallet credit cannot pay the membership renewal itself. Plan upgrades are not included unless separately offered.
4. Cancellation and refunds
After confirmed payment, plan purchases are non-cancellable and non-refundable for change of mind, inactivity, low sales or a decision to stop trading. Unused credit is not ordinarily redeemable for cash. This does not exclude correction of duplicate or erroneous charges, remedies for non-delivery or deficient service, or any refund, cancellation or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where FabDTF cannot provide an agreed service, the appropriate remedy will be assessed under applicable law. A plan payment must not be used to waive mandatory rights.
5. Reseller pricing and order acceptance
While the 365-day membership is active, eligible products use their final active quantity-discount slab published by FabDTF at the time of ordering, including the applicable final printing-discount tier. Where no active slab exists, the published price applies. Product minimums and relevant size or printing surcharges remain applicable. Prices exclude GST, delivery and other charges shown at checkout. Discounts are not combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
Prices and stock can change for future orders. An order is accepted only after payment or credit authorisation, stock confirmation and artwork approval. FabDTF may decline orders with incorrect pricing, unsupported artwork, unavailable stock or suspected misuse. Amounts taken for an unfulfilled, declined order will be corrected or refunded as applicable. Reseller pricing is not a promise of stock, exclusivity, resale profit or a fixed future margin.
6. Artwork, sizes and production
You are responsible for having permission to use all supplied artwork, logos and intellectual property. Confirm spelling, colours, quantities, garment sizes, print sizes, placements, delivery details and the final mockup before approving production. A screen mockup is a guide; screen colours, materials and print processes can produce reasonable variations.
Changes or cancellation may be unavailable after artwork approval or production begins, subject to applicable law. Costs of rework caused by approved customer errors or unsuitable supplied files are payable by the reseller. FabDTF remains responsible for manufacturing faults and departures from agreed specifications. Keep original high-quality files for production.
7. Delivery and product issues
Delivery charges and estimated timing are shown or agreed before order confirmation. Estimates depend on artwork readiness, quantity, production and delivery service availability. Provide a complete serviceable address and accurate location pin. Address changes, reshipment or failed delivery caused by incorrect details may attract the actual additional cost, disclosed before it is charged.
Check deliveries promptly and contact FabDTF with the order reference and clear photos if goods are damaged, missing or incorrect. Please retain packaging while the issue is assessed. No short reporting period in these terms removes a mandatory legal remedy. Approved remedies may include replacement, reprint, adjustment or refund, depending on the issue and applicable law.
8. Responsible resale
You remain an independent reseller, responsible for your own customer commitments, resale prices, invoices and tax obligations. Membership does not appoint you as an employee, franchisee, exclusive distributor or legal representative of FabDTF. Do not make unapproved warranties, use unlawful artwork or misrepresent your relationship with FabDTF.
9. Fraud, disputed payments and account restrictions
FabDTF may temporarily restrict ordering or reserve affected credit where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, a disputed or reversed payment, account compromise or material breach. A confirmed payment reversal may result in reversal of the corresponding unspent credit. Unrelated, valid balances will not be automatically forfeited. We will explain restrictions and provide a contact route, except where disclosure is prohibited by law or would compromise an investigation.
10. Responsibility and disputes
To the extent permitted by applicable law, FabDTF does not compensate for speculative resale profits or indirect losses caused by factors outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Indian law applies. Please contact us first to seek resolution; any jurisdiction provision remains subject to the rights of parties and the competence of the relevant court or statutory forum.
11. Privacy and updates
Registration details are used to administer your account, verify the business, fulfil orders and meet legal obligations under our privacy policy. Material changes to paid benefits will be communicated before they apply; changes will not retrospectively remove accrued rights or mandatory remedies.
