Privacy policy

FabDTF, operated by Sanjana Creations, collects the information needed to process and deliver orders, provide support and communicate service updates. This can include your name, email, phone number, addresses, order details and customisation files. Payment information is handled by payment providers; FabDTF does not store card details.

Information is also used to improve the website and services. Personal data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing. Website usage data, cookies and analytics may be used. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your personal information.

This design studio stores a saved draft on your device when you choose “Save to this device”. Artwork is sent to FabDTF only when you submit the design or enquiry. Customer account and shopping-bag sessions use browser storage.

Terms & conditions

Using the FabDTF website means accepting these terms. Use the website lawfully and do not engage in activities that harm the site or business.

Orders depend on acceptance and availability. FabDTF may refuse or cancel an order where required. Prices are in Indian rupees and may include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices may change.

The website’s content, imagery, graphics and designs belong to FabDTF / Sanjana Creations and require permission for reuse. FabDTF is not responsible for indirect losses, courier delays or problems resulting from incorrect customer information.

Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the website indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

Refunds, returns & cancellations

Because these products are personalised, custom items cannot be returned or refunded after printing has begun. Orders can be cancelled only before production starts.

A return may be considered if a product is damaged, the wrong item is delivered, or FabDTF has made a printing error. Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with your order details.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the payment method originally used.

Customisation policy

Customers are responsible for supplying the correct artwork, spelling, resolution and print size. FabDTF is not responsible for mistakes present in files provided by customers.

Screen displays and printed colours can differ slightly. Final print placement may vary with the garment and production requirements. Approved or uploaded designs are printed as submitted.

The design studio preview is a visual brief. Please communicate any exact dimensions, colour requirements or positioning before production.

Damage & replacement policy

If an item arrives damaged, contact FabDTF within 48 hours and share photos of both the packaging and product.

Replacements are available for damaged items, incorrect products and printing defects caused by FabDTF. Approved replacements are processed within 3–5 business days.
