01Start with the original
Use a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background for artwork previews. JPG files keep their background. PDF and ZIP files can be attached directly to an enquiry.
Avoid screenshots, compressed messaging-app images and artwork copied from web thumbnails.
02Set your print size
Prepare artwork at the intended physical dimensions. Aim for 300 DPI for raster artwork at final print size. The designer flags low-resolution images but cannot improve the original detail.
Keep important details within the printable area. Print positions and dimensions are subject to the chosen product.
03Check the details
Review spelling, transparent areas, small lettering and front/back positions. Fine lines and very small text may need adjustments for production.
On-screen colour and placement are approximate. Fabric, ink and screen settings affect the final result.
04Send the full brief
Include the product, colour, sizes, quantity, print dimensions and deadline. Tell us if you need a specific colour match or an exact placement.
Only upload artwork that you own or have permission to reproduce.
