Fab DTF specializes in custom printed products, therefore our return policy is different from standard retail stores.

Customized Products

Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded once the printing process has started.

Eligible Returns

Returns may be accepted only in the following situations:

• Damaged products
• Incorrect item delivered
• Printing error caused by our team

Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before production begins.

Once the printing process starts, cancellation will not be possible.

Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

• Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refund will be made to the original payment method
